2019 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance - The Show of Shows

The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance is the epitome of elegance. There are many other Concours both in the US and abroad but I don't think any have the cachet of Pebble.

The weather this year, as in many past years, started off overcast and chilly (especially for this guy who has gotten used to 100+ temperatures). By late morning it had warmed some but was still only partly sunny.

Someone mentioned that they thought the attendance was down. I don't know. The field was crammed with people but the area in front of the viewing stand, usually jammed with people on blankets and picnic baskets was not. If they didn't go they missed a great collection of vehicles.
