The inaugural Sonoma Speed
Festival combines an extraordinary group of historic vintage
racing cars, for a celebration of flat-out wheel-to-wheel racing, May 31-June
2, 2019. Illustrious Sonoma Raceway, in the heart of California’s Wine Country,
is one of the worlds most well known and challenging race tracks.
Participants will have the experience of a lifetime, swept
back in time to relive the ‘golden days’ of racing, when courageous drivers
piloted lethal automobiles. Racing around the sweeping hills and curves of this
classic Wine Country circuit, with the worlds most important cars by your side,
Sonoma Speed Festival is an adventure not to be missed.
Fans and enthusiasts will quickly see, the track layout
allows for an outstanding experience, with unparalleled accommodations and
viewing where spectators can observe almost the entire racetrack, from several
scenic vantage points. When not watching a nail-biter on track, guests will
find historic and cultural exhibits in the paddock which will be focused on
showcasing an ‘evolution in speed.'
Racing cars from the Brass Era through current day machines,
vintage dragsters, concepts, prototypes, and other special displays will be
available all weekend long. A slew of spectacular local restaurants, wine,
beer, and coffee options will be available in our food park as well.
Sonoma Speed Festival has started accepting applications for
2019 and owners have proven enthusiastic about this noteworthy event; already
accepted entrants include several Ferrari 250 GTO & Ferrari 250
Testarossas, ‘57 Maserati 300S, and multiple Maserati ‘Birdcage’.
Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the track formerly known
as Sears Point, ‘66-69 Historic Trans-Am will be the event’s featured marque,
highlighting their Championship determining race there in 1969.

Weekend 3-Day Pass - $100 pre-sale / $150 at gate
Day pass $75 pre-sale / $95 at gate
Includes Raceway Entry and General Parking. This pass will
allow you access around the entire race track and will get you into the paddock
where you can walk right up to the cars. Does not include any VIP or
other access.
*Kids 12 and under free when accompanied by Adult

Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC), the charitable arm of
Sonoma Raceway, will host Sonoma Speed Festival On the Plaza to
kick off the inaugural Sonoma Speed Festival weekend of
vintage racing at Sonoma Raceway.
Sonoma Speed Festival On the Plaza features some of the best Sonoma Valley wines and
cuisine alongside a display local vintage cars for a one-of-a-kind evening on
the Sonoma Plaza. The collection of historic race cars and local vintage cars
will cruise from the Sonoma Speed Festival to the Sonoma Plaza.
The charitable event raises funds for Sonoma County youth
groups through Speedway Children’s Charities.
Price: $30 per person - $35 per person at the door
All purchases of Sonoma Speed Festival On the Plaza
after 5/27 will be picked up at the event on the plaza at Will Call.
